I am having trouble installing your Orbi WiFi System?

If you already connected the router of your Orbi WiFi System to the modem, disconnect it.

1. Reboot your modem before connecting your router.
2. After your modem reboots, connect your modem to the Internet port of your router with an Ethernet cable.
3. Try installing your Orbi WiFi System with the Orbi app again.

 If you are still unable to install your Orbi WiFi System with the Orbi app, you can manually install it using the router web interface:

Connect a computer or mobile device to your router’s WiFi network using the router WiFi network name and password.

1. The router WiFi network name and password are located on the router sticker.
2. Launch a web browser and visit Orbi Admin Login
3. The router web interface displays.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the manual installation.
